Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Digital products are available for download immediately. For physical products we try to ship orders within 1-2 working days depending on the time of day when the order is received and the day of the week the order is received; the delivery time will be dictated by your location. All international orders are sent via Airmail and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. UK orders are sent standard class and will arrive within 1-2 working days.

Q: Can I check my order status?

A: Yep, just email info@russellsinclair.co.uk with the name and email address used for the original order.

Q: What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?

A: Email info@russellsinclair.co.uk in the first instance. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account). If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned by royal mail. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
